Whats happening with my account?

Hi

To a lot of staff on this site .. Ive been using this site for about 2 years, since 3 weeks ago ... i have been unable to log in and ended up opening a new account

... the user name Was Theresa ... and my password have always been correct but everytime it says its wrong and i have to wait 15 mins

.. sent 5 emails to u guys but no reply .. then i asked twice for a new password which i copied and paste it ... and your system still says its wrong mmmm

any idea y thats happening? cause i prefer to use my old account instead of this one ... Plz help and many thanks ... x Theresa

because the site had a re do over again, so all data on previous user have been wipe clean so the admin had to recreate the site over again from scratch with no backup (its the server host being jackass not giving them there backup of there site, so they gotta start over) and if u have gotten premium, there a thread down here in posted by the admin to get ur premium back and this happen at btw of Nov-Dec 2011(ok i forgot but sumwhere around that time)
